STEP1: Go to Settings>>Development Make Sure USB Debugging is On
STEP2:Then Connect Razr To PC Using Micro USB Cable
STEP3:Then Set USB Mode To None Or Charge Only
STEP4:Make Sure You Have Installed USB Drivers
STEP5:Download Motofail for windows
STEP6:Unzip the Downloaded File
STEP7:After That in The Folder Open "run.bat"
STEP8:After Several Reboots Your Razr Has been Rooted
