How to Hard Reset Your Motorola Defy

1. Turn the power off. take out the battery and reinsert it.
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on


Ok.Now you u"ll see a little Droid With Exclamatory Mark



4. From the menu: Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
6. Press and release the Power button
7. Press Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO or press the touch 


Then Select Restore to factory default now it's done your Phone is  being restarted u may need to login to the MOTOBLUR
